A home and a plan

Choose your home.
We handle the path.

Start with the Lumara Studio or One Bedroom. We help fit your chosen home to the property, then coordinate the planning, approvals, site work and construction.

01 / Possibilities

Find the right home.

Compare the two Lumara homes with your family's needs, available yard space and the privacy you want between households.

02 / Practical details

Understand the whole project.

Your free onsite review assesses placement, access, foundation and utilities/septic to establish a preliminary budget for the site work added to your model price.

03 / Next steps

Move forward with Lumara.

We scope the investigations, plans and approvals needed before agreeing the full build scope and budget.

An initial review starts the conversation. Surveys, technical investigations, plans and approvals are scoped separately where needed.

From choosing a home to moving in

One home.
One clear path.

Choose a Lumara home, then work with our team through property planning, design, approvals and construction. Each paid step has a defined scope before you authorize it.

Before we meet

A few good
questions.

Is there a cost for the initial review?

No. Your onsite property review is free. We assess possible placement, access and utilities/septic, then establish a preliminary site-work and total project budget. Any survey, technical investigations, plans or approvals needed to confirm the final scope are explained and priced separately before you proceed.

Do I need to know which home will fit?

No. You can begin with your address and an idea of who the home is for. We’ll discuss the two footprints and the property questions that need to be resolved.

Does requesting a review book a visit?

After you choose onsite or Zoom and submit your request, Raphael will text you to arrange a time. Your review is booked once you agree on a date and time. For an onsite review, plan for the homeowner to attend.
