During the initial stage, our professional engineers develop detailed structural and architectural plans based on the site survey, soil reports, and Matterport renderings. Materials, floorplans, and selections are finalized, and clear pricing is confirmed before moving forward with construction.

Construction
Our construction process begins with precision steel fabrication at our shop, where we craft and customize each container to meet your specifications. Once the fabrication is complete, our partner general contractors (GCs) take over, managing the on-site construction and installation. This seamless collaboration ensures the structure is expertly placed, connected to utilities, and completed with high-quality finishes, delivering a durable and ready-to-use space.

Delivery & Placement
The placement process ensures your container home is securely installed and fully functional. Our team carefully prepares the site and positions the structure according to the approved plans. Once in place, we manage all utility hookups, including water, electricity, and sewer connections, ensuring everything is properly installed and operational. This comprehensive approach guarantees your container home is ready for immediate use, offering a seamless transition to your new space.
